Do I need a membership to use the advanced models?
No. Any credit pack unlocks every engine — Vivid, Pro, audio, up to 1080p. Membership adds monthly credits, Enhanced Mode, and lighter top-up prices; it never gates quality.
How do credits work?
Credits are what you spend to create — images start at 2 credits and videos at 15. The exact cost of every setting is shown before you generate.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits never expire. Membership credits refresh with each billing cycle — they are meant to be spent, not saved.
Can I cancel my membership?
Anytime, in Settings. You keep every benefit until the end of the billing period.
Is my work private?
Everything you create is private by default, on every tier. Nothing is published unless you choose to share it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as cryptocurrency. All payments are processed securely by trusted payment providers.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All payments are handled by PCI-certified payment processors trusted by businesses worldwide. Card details stay with the payment processor, end to end.
What will appear on my bank statement?
Your statement will show "CENTROHELP.COM" — that's your DreamLove credit purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience a technical issue that causes a failed generation, please contact us at support@dreamlove.ai and we'll add the credits back to your account.
