Content Safety Policy

DreamLove.ai is committed to maintaining a safe platform. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other illegal or harmful content. This policy outlines our safety measures, prohibited content, and reporting mechanisms.

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAM

We have an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited. We will immediately remove any such content, terminate the associated account, and report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

2. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated deepfakes of real individuals without their explicit consent, as prohibited by the TAKE IT DOWN Act (18 U.S.C. § 1802) and the DEFIANCE Act
  • Content depicting public figures or celebrities in intimate scenarios without verifiable consent
  • Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
  • Content that harasses, threatens, or intimidates individuals
  • Content depicting or promoting animal abuse
  • Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Safety Measures

We employ multiple layers of protection to prevent the creation and distribution of harmful content:

  • AI-level filtering: Our upstream AI model providers have built-in safety filters that automatically detect and block requests for prohibited content, including CSAM, before any content is generated.
  • Age verification: All users must confirm they are 18 years or older before creating an account.
  • Automated monitoring: We use automated systems to monitor usage patterns and detect potential misuse. No human reviews your content unless required by a valid legal request or a specific safety report.
  • Account enforcement: Users who violate this policy will have their accounts immediately terminated without refund.

4. Content Removal & TAKE IT DOWN Act Compliance

In compliance with the TAKE IT DOWN Act (18 U.S.C. § 1802), we provide a clear process for individuals to request removal of non-consensual intimate imagery.

How to Submit a Removal Request

Send your request to report@dreamlove.ai with the following information:

  • A description of the content you want removed, including any URLs, screenshots, or details that help us locate it.
  • A statement that you are the individual depicted in the content, or an authorized representative acting on their behalf.
  • Identity verification: a government-issued photo ID (face and name visible; other details may be redacted) or other reasonable proof of identity. We use this solely to verify your request and will not retain copies.
  • Your contact information (email address) so we can follow up.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your request is accurate.

Our Response Timeline

  • We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours.
  • We will remove the identified content within 48 hours of receiving a valid and complete request.
  • We will take reasonable steps to prevent the same content from being re-uploaded.
  • The account holder who created the content will be notified that it has been removed due to a takedown request.

Counter-Notice

If you are an account holder and believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to report@dreamlove.ai including: (1) identification of the removed content; (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you had proper consent or the removal was a mistake; (3) your contact information; and (4) your signature.

5. General Reporting

If you encounter any other content on our platform that you believe violates this policy, please report it to report@dreamlove.ai. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigating illegal content and activities on our platform. We will provide available data in response to valid legal requests, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants. Please note that due to our data retention policy, content is automatically deleted after 7 days and may not be available if a request is received after that period. In cases involving CSAM or imminent threats to safety, we will proactively report to the appropriate authorities.

7. User Responsibilities

By using DreamLove.ai, you agree to:

  • Not upload any images of minors for any purpose
  • Not attempt to generate prohibited content as outlined above
  • Only upload images of individuals for whom you have consent
  • Report any prohibited content you encounter on the platform
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of DreamLove.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
