Credits

How do I earn credits?

You earn credits by sharing your referral link or by purchasing a credit pack.

My credits didn't arrive after purchase

Credits are usually added within a few minutes. If they haven't appeared, please contact us using the form below with your payment email.

Downloads

I can't find my downloaded video on iPad

On iPad, downloaded videos go to the Files app (not Photos). Open Files → Browse → On My iPad → Downloads. To move it to Photos, tap the video, then tap the Share button and choose Save Video.

I can't find my downloaded video on iPhone

In Safari, tap the Share button (square with arrow) and choose Save Video. Alternatively, long-press the download button and select Download Linked File.

What format are the videos?

All videos are in MP4 format, compatible with all devices and platforms.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cryptocurrency. Payments are processed securely with support for local currencies.

Can I get a refund?

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience a technical issue that causes a failed generation, please contact us at support@dreamlove.ai and we'll add the credits back to your account. Your credits never expire, so you can use them anytime.

I was charged but didn't receive credits

Please contact us using the form below with the email address used for payment. We'll investigate and resolve it promptly.

What will appear on my bank statement?

Your statement will show "CENTROHELP.COM" — that's your DreamLove credit purchase.

Content

My generation failed

This can happen if the content moderation system is triggered. Try using a different photo or adjusting your prompt. You can also try Dream Video which supports a wider range of content.

How do I report content?

Send your report to report@dreamlove.ai. We review all reports and take action within 48 hours.

Who can see my creations?

Only you. Your uploads and creations stay private to your account.

How long is my content stored?

All uploads and creations are stored for up to 7 days, then permanently deleted from our servers. You can download anything you want to keep, or remove them earlier from My Creations or Settings.

Account

How do I change my language?

Go to Settings to switch your display language. We support English, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Russian, Indonesian, and Portuguese.

Where can I find my past creations?

All your generated images and videos are available in My Creations. You can download or delete them anytime within the 7-day storage period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings to delete your account. Your account will be permanently removed after 7 days. If you change your mind, simply log back in to cancel.
