• Uploaded content: Photos you upload and content we generate are stored in your account for up to 7 days, then automatically and permanently deleted.

• Usage data: We collect analytics data such as pages visited, features used, and browser type to improve our services.

3. AI-Generated Content & Facial Data

We process your uploaded images to generate video content. We are committed to protecting the privacy of your uploads and generated content:

• No human review: Your uploaded photos and generated content are never viewed, accessed, or reviewed by any person. All processing is fully automated. The only exception is when required by law (e.g., a valid court order) or to investigate a specific safety report filed against your account.
• No AI training: Your uploads and generated content are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models. Our agreements with third-party providers contractually prohibit them from using your content for training purposes.
• No marketing or display: Your content is never used for promotional materials, demos, showcases, or any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.
• Automatic deletion: All content (uploads and generated results) is retained alongside your generation history for up to 7 days, then automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.
• Automated safety scanning: Uploaded images undergo automated safety checks to prevent prohibited content (e.g., CSAM). These checks are fully automated and do not involve human review.

Facial data: We do not create, store, or retain biometric identifiers or biometric templates derived from your uploaded photos. Facial features in uploaded images are processed transiently during video generation and are not extracted, stored, or used for identification purposes.

4. Data Retention

• All content you upload and all content we generate is stored in your account for up to 7 days, then automatically and permanently deleted.
• Account information is retained as long as your account is active.
• Upon account deletion, all associated data (generation history, uploaded content) will be permanently removed within 7 days.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our website. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party service providers in the following categories to operate our platform:

• Authentication & data storage: Secure user authentication and database hosting
• Payment processing: Handled by Stripe — we never store your card details
• AI content generation: Your uploaded images are sent to our AI providers solely to generate your requested content. Our providers do not retain your content beyond 7 days, consistent with our own retention policy
• Cloud hosting & file storage: Temporary storage of generated content (auto-deleted per our retention policy)
• Analytics: Usage data to improve our services
• Security: Bot protection and abuse prevention

7. International Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers are located. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your data to the United States. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data during such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Your Rights
